Customer Service and Returns Policy:
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48hrs after receiving confirmed payment from PayPal. If payment is received on Saturday/Sunday, item(s) will be shipped on Monday morning. Will notify buyer by email when package has been shipped. Ship via USPS Media Mail for books/CDss/DVDs. Ship via USPS standard mail for all other items, unless noted otherwise. Expedited shipping available.
Return Policy: 10 days for full credit refund. NO refund/return after 10 days.
If a buyer request a refund, it will be done after seller has received the package from the buyer and the item must be shipped back in its original packages. This is whether the buyer has ordered the wrong item or the item is defective or unusable. Buyer pays for shipping when returning items to seller, no exception.
